The restaurant is a pleasant and light area overlooking the river and the bocage landscape beyond. Thanks to the clever use of colours and materials this unique setting is – as it were – brought inside. Most of our dishes are prepared with fresh, authentic local produce. Spelt bread, locally-grown vegetables, dairy products and cheese form an important part of the breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. And, of course, we cater for special dietary preferences. The restaurant provides a charming setting for eating as a group. We serve a buffet at breakfast and lunch. In the evening we serve dinner consisting of several courses. While you stimulate the brain cells, we tantalise the taste buds.
