The restaurant, which seats 180, is a lovely light room with a view of the Overijsselse Vecht river and the varied landscape beyond as a backdrop. Our chefs like to work with fresh and honest produce. For breakfast and lunch there is a buffet offering various salads, breads and dairy products. At dinner we serve a three course meal at your table. Our restaurant offers a fine selection of French and Italian wines. |
