The 8-hour meeting package is perfect for a full meeting day from 9:00 to 17:00. Everything you need is included in one package: a bright meeting room with natural daylight, modern equipment, a dedicated meeting assistant, and unlimited coffee and tea with sweet treats, fruit, and soft drinks. At midday, a healthy lunch is served. This way, you combine productive meetings with plenty of breaks and transparent costs – knowing exactly what to expect brings peace of mind and clarity.
12-hour meeting package
Want to end the day on a relaxing note? The 12-hour meeting package builds on all the benefits of the 8-hour package and adds a shared dinner or an informal drinks reception. Perfect for unwinding together after an intensive day, catching up, and networking. This package guarantees a worry-free, fully catered day from start to finish.
24-hour meeting package
For meetings that require more time and depth, the 24-hour meeting package is the perfect choice. In addition to all the facilities of the 12-hour package, you’ll enjoy a three-course dinner, a comfortable overnight stay, and a breakfast with regional products. 32-hour meeting package
The 32-hour meeting package offers the perfect balance between focused work and relaxation. It includes everything from the 24-hour package, extended with a second meeting day including lunch and breaks.
