A cosy terrace by the water and a comfortable interior with a huge open kitchen as eyecatcher, that’s what you’ll find when dining at Aan de Oever. The menu is full of wonderful dishes with a touch of French flair but rooted in Dutch tradition. Exciting preparations and full-bodied flavours. The wine list contains a superb selection of well-known and not so well-known wines, old and new world, per glass or per bottle.

If it’s fine food and drinks you’re looking for, in a relaxing atmosphere, Aan de Oever at Mooirivier is the place to be.This is where Chef Arjen Bonder and his team prepare exquisite dishes. His culinary style is both surprising and pure. He aims to let ingredients shine and flavors come to life. Expect dishes full of flavor crafted from locally sourced Dutch products, preferably from nearby. Dairy products and meat from a farmhouse a little upriver, asparaguses and fruit from the next-door neighbour, and herbs and flowers from our own garden.

Although we welcome walk-ins, we recommend making a reservation for lunch and dinner.

Is à la carte dining possible?
We serve a changing menu carefully created by our Chef, inspired by the season and the finest ingredients. Naturally, we are happy to accommodate dietary requirements, allergies, and vegetarian preferences.
Can we have coffee at you’re hotel if we’re not staying there?
If you'd like to have coffee here, it usually works out, but feel free to call if you want to be sure.
Is smoking allowed?
Mooirivier is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not permitted indoors or on the terrace directly along the Vecht. It is only allowed on the lounge terrace (upstairs, by the bar), and we kindly ask you to be considerate of other guests so everyone can enjoy this space.
